Learn how to build your coordination, reflex, and rhythm on Zoom from an adapted martial arts curriculum based on the Afro-Brazilian Capoeira Senavox tradition led by Eurico Senna (Professor Homem Aranha)

Parkour & Chase Tag

(Ages 3-14)

Learn the fundamentals of parkour including but not limited to jumps, vaults, rolls, backflips, cartwheels, and aerials. Connect these skills together in games of tag or by creating combos. Find us at select public parks and private gyms across LA County.

Superhero Fitness+

(Ages 3-10)

Coach "Spidey" Eurico leads learners through games and activities on Zoom inspired by your favorite superhero stories using martial arts, fitness, and drawing skills to build strength, agility, coordination, balance, and attention to detail!
